well, if I ever have another baby I'll be making sure it isn't in France!! I'm all for pelvic floor exercises after birth but that seems to be totally over the top to me, then again I was very young when I had mine and got my figure back pretty quickly without much effort so I was lucky I guess. As for making love so quickly afterwards all I can say is ew!! (not going into details) I didn't want him near me for at least a month.

the whole not breast feeding and sex and have another baby real fast. that's jacked up.

i did pelvic exercises. and friggin' did all this other crap to make sure things got back in place. but not so i could jump in the sack after giving birth to a ten pound giant!
