the holidays f'd me up.

then the winter blahs and stress f'd me up. in addition to my new lust for chocolate. it's seriously like an addiction. i have a hard time saying no to it.

i'm not gaining but not losing. although someone came up to me today and said i looked thinner. i'm thinking they're a big fat liar as i'm wearing 8 layers of clothing to keep out the cold today.

I'm totally addicted be it Thorntons chocolate andything, hot chocolate or big family bars of Cadburys fruit and nut (yes, I can polish one of those off no problem) at certain times of the month I can't resist and am not interested in eating anything else so I sympathise absolutely. Winter is a bad time to try and diet, so long as you're not gaining that's the main thing.

Why does the phone ring when I'm mixing more dumplings?
