1. Wrapping paper or gift bags?

Wrapping paper. More fun to tear!

2. Real tree or Artificial?

Artificial; we had a real tree once growing up, and were picking pine needles out of our feet for the next 6 months.

3. When do you put up the tree?

Normally early December, but me and Richard haven't gotten around to putting ours up yet!

4. When do you take the tree down?

Early January. Don't like to keep it up for too long, makes it less special to me!

5. Do you like eggnog?

Ick.

6. Favorite gift received as a child?

Hmm... hard to say. I loved my 2XL talking robot. And my bike. And a huge plastic art easel thing when I was really small, and thought I was going to be an artist. Heh.

7. Hardest person to buy for?

My Dad. A man with very few hobbies. Gah!

8. Easiest person to buy for?

My brother.

9. Do you have a nativity scene?

Nope.

10. Mail or email Christmas cards?

Neither.

11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received?

When I was really small I got Twister one year, and was really excited, but then got very upset to open the box and find that the spinner was missing. Uber-traumatic, but I got over it. :-)

12. Favorite Christmas Movie(s)?

Me and Richard have a tradition of watching Scrooged on Christmas Eve. And my family often watch It's A Wonderful Life on Christmas Day.

13. When do you start shopping for Christmas?

I started a few days ago, haven't finished yet.

14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present?

Nope.

15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas?

Chocolates.

16. Lights on the tree?

Yup, just simple white ones usually.

17. Favorite Christmas song?

I love all the old cheesy songs they play in the shops.

18. Travel at Christmas or stay home?

Since me and Richard have lived together, it's been travelling. We were with his parents last Christmas, so we're spending this Christmas at mine, then heading to his for New Years. Two weeks away from home in total!

19. Can you name all of Santa's reindeer's?

Minty, Flinty, Laa Laa, Po, and Doris.

21. Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning?

Christmas morning, but we all save one present to open at the table with dinner.

22. Most annoying thing about this time of the year?

Busy London streets, especially when my office is in the friggin' heart of one of the busiest shopping areas.

23. Favorite ornament theme or color?

I like reds, golds, dark greens.

24. Favorite for Christmas dinner?

I like to have duck and turkey. The tender juiciness of the duck balances up the ocassional dryness of the turkey. Nummy.

25. What do you want for Christmas this year?

I can't say, or Richard would be obliged to go buy it. Hee hee.
