Subject: Afternoon all, wotcha doing this weekend?

Housework tonight as usual and maybe the pub later on 'cos there's a new local band playing I'd like to see

Tomorrow not much at all, a quiet Saturday so I might catch up on some things I have let slide a little, Sunday I have visitors coming for lunch so I'll be quite busy, there'll be twelve of us altogether so its gonna be a little hectic

Got any fun things going on?

Big festival in a London park, which should be fun. Then probably off to visit family on the Sunday. And, of course, mandatory Friday night in our fave local pub. :-)

i haven't lost a g'damn pound in over a week. every day...exactly the same weight...despite what i eat and don't eat. it's driving me crazy. *cries* i know it's cuz i have to drink 3 more gallons of water and exercise an hour or more a day to up my metabolism...but fitting both of those things in is challenging. blurgh. it sucks to eat so little and so...bland...and not see results.

Sounds like you've reached a plateau to me, I'm sure if you persist with the diet you will start losing again, I know it must be depressing when you're eating so little and not seeing anything for it at the moment but I bet it soon picks up again, its natures way of coping with such an extreme diet, your body is fighting back!! how much have you lost so far? concentrate on that instead, you must be pleased when you see your dress size going down!!

Today I went to the museum and saw an Einstein exhibit, then went out for sushi and spent the evening at a buskers festival thing in Bern's old town. It was pretty cool, a lot of fun bands played. I might go tomorrow as well, depends on whether I can convince my girlfriends!

Andy, I hope Sunday will be fun regardless of the stress and gretch, don't let yourself get down! You've achieved an awful lot already. And besides, I thought it wasn't healthy to lose more than a pound per week, although things might be different in your case. Either way, stick to it!

Just chillin' today. Tomorrow, big picnic down the street. The PIG FEST. Our neighbor roasts a pig and everyone brings a dish and shares. Live music, children, dogs, old people. We close off the street and have a blast.
