Ugh, good luck today Andy, it sounds like it'll be pretty stressful!

Didn't Kashy say they should have their internet connection back by now? Or did he mean the coming weekend?

I just had a breakfast of a peach, three apricots, four cherry tomatos, three strawberries, a scrambled egg and a nonfat yogurt. Am I a healthy eater or what! And it was good too. :-)

only trouble is unhealthy food tastes nice too!

just had a fruit smoothie, feel much better now
