Perhaps as a special birthday present for you, Apple and O2 have announced that the new 3G iPhone will be available on July 11th for a lot less money: free if you go for one of the really expensive contracts, or £99 for the 8GB and £159 for the 16GB models on the slightly cheaper contracts. O2 also announced that come July 11th they will also be offering the iPhone on a PAYG model too.

Perhaps a late birthday present for yourself?

Not as ancient as you yet old man no...........but catching up pretty rapidly!! I'm 39 today

think I might be getting an iPhone, I'm surprised they are going to be so cheap, £99 is pretty reasonable I think and I might look into PAYG too.
