This, the only entirely wizard village in all England, is usually bustling with life. Students from the local school (Hogwarts) visit on the occasional weekend. It is a safe town for wizards and magical creatures alike to live quiet magical lives, though once a month, usually on the full moon, old spirits can be heard wreaking violent havoc in a shack outside town, a shack that has come to be known as The Shrieking Shack.
