Subject: Obituary Author: Wilma Nourick (Cookie) [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 21:23:52 09/23/07 Sun Wilma Nourick grew up in Canarsie on 94th St. back in the 1930's and 1940's. She wrote a great piece on Canarsie Memories several years ago that was published in the paper. She also was the leader of Girl Scout troop 210 and donated the flag to Canarsie Rec Ctr. We lived in the projects at 104-06 Flatlands Ave from 1960 to 1970. Wilma died on July 13, 2007 and will be missed by everyone who knew her.
