I have done the math... and this figures are based on having one of the badass magical sword that dish out 10 damage and fencing...

Eternal Soldier:

60% to constantly hit for 13 damage... plus critical
A SOAK of 8 for everything... on top of armor I believe...
And a 15% chance to dodge...(With dodge skill)

Plus... ability to tack on +15 damage with an attack just like Seraphs...

Seraph:
55% to constantly hit for 16 damage...
A SOAK of basically 5 for everything... (Under the assumption that you maintain the Paladin ability)

No increase in attack or dodge %... but flight seems very useful...

There are of course some abilities that I am leaving out or are shared... this is basically concerning combat only... I may be leaning to Eternal Soldier...
