He took the gun and set it on the desk next to him after taking out the clip and tossing it in the drawer. A frown ran over his lips as he shook his head, looking over at Courtney. "What a mess..." He sighed deeply, his brow furrowed a little before he managed to force out the question that was on his mind. "Was Gia alright?" A low breath escaped his lips at the words that he spoke, he wasn't even sure he wanted to know. His hand reached up, brushing his hand over his face before he looked down at her wrist. "I'm sorry about that...should have stopped you before you went to him, he's not the most stable..." He frowned, looking over at Kyrian as he got into the SUV, starting it up and following the directions with the GPS. "Overreact much?" He questioned regarding the way he had hurt Courtney. "She's not going to be of any use to us now, not with a broken wrist. If we go back in tomorrow, it's just going to be Haylie going back and if we arrest this guy I don't even know how we are going to pull that off." He was mostly just thinking outloud, trying to figure out the steps that they could take. He was just assuming that Haylie was going to be fine, he wouldn't think otherwise. He didn't if he could handle another agent dying on his watch, he'd seen enough of that already. "Skeeter will figure something out, he's the intelligence here. The rest of us are just brawn." He pulled up in front of a hotel, his thoughtful musings having taken up the short drive. Parking, he looked over, cocking a brow to see if the man would take Skeeter's advice and wait in the car.
