(He had simply pulled on a tight black tee and a black hoodie before lacing up his combat boots and heading across the street to meet up with Skeeter in the comm room. When Haylie came in a mere ten minutes later he actually laughed a bit.. he hadn't actually meant fifteen minutes.. but he would be damned if she wasn't but a couple minutes past that. He looked at his watch as though about to scold her for being late, but she just looked so damn cute so cold and annoyed with Skeeter that he had to turn his teasing on Skeeter instead.) Look what you did to her, you asshole. (He said in a mock angered voice, pulling her into his arms and wrapping her more in the blanket, rubbing his hands on her arms before just wrapping them around her. He rested his head on her shoulder and let out a breath.. he loved being close to her like this.. and damnit he didnt want to let her go into the field today.. something didnt feel right to him.)

She smirked as Skeeter just rolled his eyes and then ignored Kyr before she looked up at her boyfriend, snuggling back against his chest with a happy smile on her face. She raised her chin up, pressing a warm (well chilly actually, since even her lips were cold) kiss to his mouth. "I have good breath now." She stated when she pulled away, tucking her head beneath his chin as she turned bright eyes to Skeeter attentively. Inside, she was pretty nervous herself but she kept on telling herself that this could be her last mission, if it didn't go like she wanted, if she wasn't happy, then she wouldn't do this again and if she was happy then all the better.
