(He laughed, sort of a wry sound that was purely out of male appreciation for what he had experienced the night before. Unlike Haylie, he found that it was a damn big kick to his ego to know his partner was impressed with his girl.) Yeah, well.. that sort of thing can happen after a few celibate months. (He said around the cigarette, still toying with his hand in a frustrated sort of way. It was damn annoying, really.. not being able to understnad what was going on inside him, why his hand suddenly decided to not respond to orders.) Yeah, Haylie has a mean left hook, that's for sure. (He smirked, he had found that out the hard way several times while working with Haylie and while being in a relationship with her. He took the cigarette from his lips and sat up, flicking ash and leaning on his knee so he could look at Braden better.) Look. I am not happy about being caged up here like some dog waiting to be put down, but if there was anyone I would rather have in the field looking out for these girls, it's you. (And that said a damn lot, considering how little he knew him.)

He nodded a little, letting out a soft breath with that before he stood up. "I appreciate that...kinda lookin' forward to workin' with you when you aren't all gimped up." He grinned lightly, teasing, never one to be serious for any amount of time really. "I am going to go change and meet with Skeeter. You two should really put aside your little tiff for a bit, gonna need to be able to communicate with ya'll back here and if you're throttling one another...well, who the hell is going to type?"
