(It would strike him as being odd later that he had become aroused simply by the affectionate way she had touched him back.. the way she had silently accepted him for his faults and his fuckups and had chosed to be next to him anyways. It was simply her, that's all there was to it, he just needed her and he needed to be normal with her.. he didn't need the pressure, or the guilt or the shame that he had been experienceing for so long.
