(He had run through several different scenarios for how she would handle the realization, and most of them had involved her being stunned by the words as she appeared to be, though each second that she sat there and looked at him made him feel like his heart was being stretched a bit in a way that was making him feel more and more uncomfortable. When she finally jumped at him and straddled his lap, his breath whooshed out in a little grunt of surprise and his hands came up to support her weight against his lap so as protect a very sensitive part of his anatomy from her when she was thinking more about kissing him. He laughed too, through the kiss, feeling lighter and more excited about life than he had in years. His hands kneaded at her hips, showing that his body was trying to take control of his thoughts, and he barely registered that Remy and Shay were getting up from the table to leave. He just wanted this moment to last forever, the feel of her kissing him this way when she knew he loved her was better than all the sex in the world... He pulled back just enough to murmur against her lips.) I knew earlier I wanted to tell you.. I just wasn't sure it was the right time.. (He said and slanted his lips over hers again, letting out a soft and slightly needy sound as he kissed her deeply.)
