(He cleared his throat, mad at himself for being so transparent about the fact that his mind had taken a bitter turn. He hadn't been raised to have a favorable outlook on relationships in general, let alone marraige and though part of him was pleased to see his partner happy with Shay, the other part of him was sad to know that in a few months the novelty would wear off and she would see Remy for what he was.. the man could be downright stubborn at times, and his intuitiveness bordered on freaky when it seemed like he was reading your mind. Sighing, he looked over when she spoke and arched a brow, looking back at the dancefloor.) Uhm, yeah.. sure.. (He murmured after a second, pasting a smile in place even though his thoughts had made him feel nervous, his palms were slightly sweaty as he wiped them on his slacks, getting to his feet. He offered a hand to her then, looking for all the world like he had been given a gift that scared the hell out of him.)

(He smiled a bit as she brought his gaze back to her and his world enveloped just the two of them again, his hands firming a bit at her sides as they shared a warm kiss, enjoying the play of her fingers in his hair and the way his body responded to every subtle movement she made.) You won't have to worry about having me all to yourself, love.. (He tipped his head a bit, not wanting to talk about his partner on his wedding night, but the man was like a brother to him and his welfare mattered to him.) Yeah.. maybe she will stick around.. to work on the case.. (It was obvious though, by the way he kissed her between each phrase, uttered in a husky tone, that he wasn't thinking about the case, but about love and how he felt for her. He wanted that for Kyrian, but right now his thoughts couldn't possibly stray from the woman in his arms.)

    - She nodded, a sweet smile playing on her lips at that, reaching up to press a kiss to his lips before she pulled back and took his hand. "Come on, lets go on and eat before Shay feeds it all to Remy." The smile she gave that time was more teasing as she tugged on his hand and started making their way across the dancefloor slowly, in no real hurry to get to eat, just wanting to get to the part of the night where they could be by themselves... She nodded a little at that, she found it sweet how concerned her was about his partner. "She's a sweet girl, really, she loosened up a lot while we were out today and it is so obvious the way she's falling for him...I don't want to see him hurt her..." She paused, smiling at his words. "Though..I think Kyr will have a hard time hurting her tonight once he see's what I picked out for him..." She grinned, her eyes playfully innocent as she shared another spring roll with him.
