The group ate in companiable silence the majority of the time and it was pretty obvious that everyone was set to retire to their own rooms for the night. They chatted and smiled but everyone's minds were elsewhere, mostly on whoever was sitting directly next to them. After the desert, the toast, the photo's, the whole nine yards, they found themselves standing in the lobby of the hotel. Shay smiled warmly, reaching up to hug Kyr and then Haylie, taking a step back as she slipped her hand in Remy's, her eyes warm on her new friends. "Thanks for everything tonight guys.."
