(He shook his head, a knowing look on his face.) I hope you don't too. (He said with an indulgant smile before he went to shut off the lamp across the room from them, crossing to the bed in the dim light with a laugh for her comment.) Yeah, well, most of the time we don't drink so early.. so we'll just have to remember that later. (He climbed beneath the sheets and rested his head on his elbow, gazing at her through mossy green eyes that were still bright in the dim light.) I had a great day too, honest. (He informed her, smiling through the words in a way that was unlike him. He lifted a hand to brush her hair back, pulling some of the locks over her shoulder so that he could run his fingers through them.) I like your hair down. (He said softly, enjoying how she looked soft and pliant in his bed, without the outer shell she wore all day long. She really did have her hair down with him, no ice queen, no barriers between them.. just two people enjoying each other's company. He even respected the fact that he was keeping his clothes on that night.) You really are beautiful, you know. (He said almost to himself as he tucked the hair behind her ear and ran his knuckles over her cheek, his gaze softening as he did.)

"I like you playing with my hair." She replied honestly as her eyes slid shut with quiet pleasure at his touch. She stayed in that position for a few moments before he spoke his next phrase. At those words though, she shifted so that she was laying on her back against his chest since he was on his side, just wanting to touch him. "You know..the way you look at me sometimes, it makes me feel beautiful." She stated softly. "Not to sound like conceited or anything but like..other guys they look at me and I feel like I am wanted or sexy..you make me feel those things too but...your one of the few who has made me feel beautiful.." It wasn't something she ran across that often, most guys just didn't get to know her name even, much less that she really could be a beautiful person both inside and out.
