Subject: She swallowed a little, her brow furrowed. "I don't know if I want to control him." She murmured, it was hard to even say the words and even harder to know that she meant them. "Maybe he's not the man I made him out to be in my mind, maybe its time I let go of the highschool sweetheart mentality." She stated softly, shrugging her shoulders lightly. "Like I said, I think its just best if I stay away from him for now." She cleared her throat, wanting to change the subject for the moment. "So, I didn't stick around long enough to get any feedback, aside from you probably not agreeing with me trying to take away the new shining medal of the navy...what did think of the speech? Did I make a fool of myself?" She hated talking in front of live crowds, she always seemed to focus on the one person who looked bored and just assume everyone else was dying for her to shut up.

  • (He arched a brow and then smirked at her reply, realizing she had sort of misunderstood his meaning of the word control.. but then it had been Remy to put other meanings for the word in her mind.) It's not a physical sort of control, it's more just knowing how to respond when he gets pissed. He had some pretty easy buttons to push.. believe me I have had four years of pretty much solitary time with him to either figure him out or kill him. (He laughed a little, reaching over to turn the heater on low, his feet were freezing for some reason.) You know, you might think that I disagree with you, but I don't. You're on the right side of things here, and I really think you landed a bunch of new supporters tonight - there was no foolmaking that saw, why did you feel like you didn't get your point across?
