Now, he was feeling posessive and knew if he so much as caught Kyrian looking oddly at her he would pound the other man within an inch of his life. As if remembering, he lifted a hand to the deep black and blue mark on his jaw.)

"Oh, so you know what birth control is? Because man, this morning, when I realized that, hey, I haven't had sex in four years so why would I be on birth control and then realized that you didn't think far enough ahead to wrap your shit, I was pretty sure that you didn't have a fucking clue what birth control was." She set her jaw, letting out an angry breath before she unexpectedly threw the package squarely into his chest. "Maybe you should hold onto that because I sure as hell don't plan on needing it. Good luck on putting it to good use." With that she spun around, slipping the key into the lock with a shaky hand, preparing to shut the door in his face as she had that afternoon.
