 It is down to 12 active players if you look back a few turns, and ever since that message I've been trying to work out who the other 2 could be. As of last turn it still looked like 12, BUT I am now guessing that 1 or 2 smaller players have now gone NPC, despite recent messages on this board. Though there is one larger player who I wonder about, but going by hte activity in one of the areas of the Spy report I presume he is active. This is prior to Turn 21 results.
