compete at all the NES pageants, what did you expect? Tammy always picks her N.E. girls over any of the 'outsiders' that might stray there. That's why nobody good cares to compete at her pageants. And as for IR, she gets beat alot, so that's no surprise. And AR, she's just another N.E. regular, she coaches what 10, 15 local girls; nobody really cares about her except for maybe up there.
