I know who she is. She's with him in Milwaukee now. Used to play hockey for Carleton. I would assume they've been together a long time since she moved with him.

Love makes you do crazy things. Besides, how far can she get in hockey compared to him? The bigger bucks are in male sports and there are more opportunities as well. I'm sure he's not stopping her from pursuing anything. Just doesn't seem like the kind of guy he is.

Yeah, I have a feeling his career will never make it past the AHL though, he was pretty much a plug in the OHL. Eyebrows were raised at him being drafted.
Dez is a good hockey player though, she probably could get onto an American college team

I agree with you completely about her. I'm sure that she could get on an American team if she wanted. Maybe she'll do that once they get settled. Anyway, I think he could make it farther. I mean, he was never away from home in juniors and you're right, he was a plug in the OHL. It's all kind of new to him. I think once he adjusts to where his career has taken him, he might be okay.

Well, that's part of why he's in the AHL. I think his teammates will be on his case if he doesn't step up his game.

The trouble with Zack's situation is that Nashville and Milwaukee do not owe him anything, when it comes down to it, he's the last one on their list to help out, they don't need to "develop" him, Nashville wants THEIR boys playin, not Edmonton's boy....
Ughhh he fights so much he's hard to look at, his lip was green one year and swolen and stitched so much it made you want to puke

I agree with you about Milwaukee and Nashville. That's why I don't understand how Edmonton thought this was a good idea for him or any of the other prospects.
