Subject: An outstanding Pard

Not only was this a tremendous event but let me share with you the generosity of an outstanding gentlemen. Jay Reid of Texas. I was traveling to this event from New York and connected thought the forum with another gentlemen traveling from Detroit, He in turn was contacted by Jay Reid who not only volunteered to pick him up in Texas but also pick to me up in Shreveport. If that was not enough generosity what came next is, Jay's was with the Federal company and his brogans blew out early on in the event, yet he continued to press on. On the last night he was captured because he fell out ( not because he surrendered ) It was Saturday night, he could have then just driven home, Instead he went and got a hotel room for the night so as not to strand us. He then came back on Sunday and not only provide us both rides to our airports but allowed us to shower ( separately of coarse! ) at his hotel before he returned the key.
Jay to me is everything this Hobby represents. Thank you Jay
