Considering these folks are traveling a pretty damn good way to attend an event, lets cut them some slack. Silvana, weight training and walking would be a good idea along with some back work before hand. Like Geoff said, there shouldn't be any serious cutting going on in the first place. This hobby and hopefully this event shouldn't have as much big headed bullshit in it as it does, the folks in the Trans Miss and damn sure the Ground Hornets are a lot better than that.

Swartz, if you aren't coming save your cry baby BS for someone else. Most people by now are tired of reading your self righteous bullshit. I stand with the Hornets on this one.
