Drive time confirmed through Mapquest--- I'm surprised, as I thought it a bit further--but then, roads have improved since I was in graduate school in Dallas 30 years ago. ---I'll attempt to send you driving directions directly to your email.

The hotel is new construction, and set back from the access road a bit--you'll have to watch carefully for the sign. There is an adequate breakfast served in the lobby, wireless connection, and a business center
