As I add it up, that is what I get.

Ya know gang, if you ever wanted a REAL list of hardcores - this is it. There are many folks who wanted to make it but could not, and we will miss them. Getting 190 of the hobby's finest to the middle of nowhere for a once in a decade event says much for Fred, Tom, Terre, Geoff and the individual company, battery and civilian leaders...and volumes about individual motivation, faith in the hobby and dedication to preservation.

I almost had to bail myself last week when my entire team at work was tasked to be in Dallas that same week for a last minute conference. But the powers that be saw the look in my eyes and said "No, you go, this means more than we understand." Got that right.

Either that or they were afraid I might go "postal."

See you there hardcores.

BTW - I need to borrow someone's pickup to stand in during the raffle and one of the Lazy Jacks to draw the tickets.
