This is a KILLER post Terre! Unit histories are dandy but it's this sort of more generalized information which will truly help us all to get the proper frame of mind. Knowing what the 15th TX and the 81st ILL did is dandy but this and other accounts of what soldiering and suffering was like are a bit better, at least in my opinion.
