Mike,

Good to hear from you.

A few details-

As Doug and others have noted, company numbers per side will be 3-4 CS and 4-5 US, with US companies being larger in numbers as well.

If folks can organize a full company they may retain full internal structure- officers, NCO's, etc. If you come in mess, squad, or platoon strength, we will retain that cohesion as well. We are not looking to break up buds or units and there will be zero problems with this.

Right now we have two CS companies that are nearly full and two that are at partial strength.

We have four US companies in formation and any of them can take additional men. Further, I am in talks with some folks out on the eastern seaboard and there is the possibility of a fifth company coming on line out in that quarter. I'll know more on that within a month or so.

As Tom noted we will post exact directions to the site as the event nears. Some stuff can wait while we focus on recruiting up the two battalions. The directions are not hard and there is very little chance at getting lost.

Be at the site by evening of Wednesday the 14th. We'll be wrapped up by 10-11am on Sunday the 18th. By doing it this way, folks only have to take Wed-Fri in vacation time.

I hope this helps. I have emailed you as well and will look for your reply soon.

Kind regards,

Fred Baker
