After Marmy's, another thought/ point came to me: Take care of your joints, i.e., your knees and ankles. This terrain can suck a bick one at times and your knee and ankle stability need to be ready for what ever comes along. If practical, try to do some lunges or dips everyday. Nothing heavey, just get those muscles moving and in shape. Take it easy folks,
