Of course they don't. Posey drinks their bath water and they love it. And, pageants and directors are dropping like flies because they can get sponsors or volunteers so they have to hang on to what they have. Why? Lack of transparency from the Miss Alabama Board. The question has been repeatedly asked how much of the money raised for CMN by contestants actually goes to CMN and how much goes to the Miss America team. Still waiting on an answer. One large company called the Board before making a sizeable donation to a contestant and were given the runaround, get back with you answer which they never did. That being, the company made the donation directly to Children's in Birmingham and the contestant received -0- credit for the donation she solicited. And the donation was over $20,000.
