Please note: This is a Double Header State Pageant, you may enter one or both pageants, to receive Golden Beauty pageant entry form contact Maria at goldenbeautyusa@aol.com We will have separate judges, your child will go on stage ONE time and both pageants have separate awards, titles, and entry fees. Grand Sweetheart

You may sell Sponsor tickets for $1.00 each to compete for this title. Sell 250 tickets and you can enter Beauty, Red/White/Blue & Photogenic for free plus you will receive an award. The one person selling the most tickets over 250 will be named Grand Sweetheart and receive a Nice beautiful crown. All money must be mailed in to my office no later than June 15 th, No exceptions!

Enter the Pageant Free

Any contestant that gets 3 paid NEW referrals can enter the Supreme package free, BUT optionals are extra. They must be new contestants that have NEVER competed in my pageant system. You must make copies of this entry form and be sure your name is on the referred by line. You can send to Pageants or pageant shops that allow paperwork to be distributed there.
