I have read several comments in regards to the tourney last week at Lost Mountain. Any rational person could view the way the brackets were set up and conclude that there was inequity involved in the seeding and bracketing. How does one team play 6 game and possibly 7 games in one day and another play 3? I understand the 3 game guarantee format but I have never seen a sub-bracket. Be it conspiracy or a mistake, either way we felt that it wasn't right and voiced our concerns to the proper authorities. For those of you who say that it is all about the girls, you are correct and this is the reason that we voiced our concerns because we are teaching our girls that if you feel you have been wronged, you are not to grin and bear it, but let your feelings be made known in hopes that a change will be made. If that does not happen then you handle the situation to the best of your ability. I will fight to the end to defend my girls and my team because they have proven repeatedly that they will do the same. We coach life lessons along with softball. Congrats to Sandy Plains on taking the Championship. We will see you again.
