Subject: What Ive seen.

This is just my opinion but from what Ive seen and read there are alot of armchair coaches that have a whole lot to say about what other coaches do wrong but will not get out there and put in the time and effort it takes to coach a team.

Ive been out of coaching for some time now but you all need to
appreciate the time and effort these coaches put in.
THEY DONT GET PAID. they do it because they love the game and love the girls. Are they perfect? nope. Do they make mistakes? Yes.

But each and everyone of these men are in it to do what they feel is best for their girls and whatever the outcome of the game or season is at least give them the credit is due for there time
