It's not on Yahoo and usually they post any story like that. Not being a smart #$$ just wanting to read the story?

This is so very sad. At least she is reunited with her daughter in heaven. There is no way she had anything to do with that babies death. This is a sad day for her other children. May god be with them.

See I feel the opposite. I think she and her husband had everything to do with her death. I have a degree in Criminal Justice and was in college when all of that happened. We studied it extensively. And to this day I think she took some answers with her to her grave.

There are photo's that show the extent to which the killer went to kill Jonbenet. Parents do not mormally kill a child in this manner.

But you need to read the entire autopsy report. Not just look at a few pics.

<a rel=nofollow target=_blank href="http://www.thesmokinggun.com/jonbenet/jonbenet_casefile.html">http://www.thesmokinggun.com/jonbenet/jonbenet_casefile.html</a>

has the entire autopsy report. Shows in the report there there were old bruising around her female parts among other places, leading to believe she was sexually assulted previously to this 'one time' crime. Very indepth report. This is by far the greatest 'mystery' as to what really happened. I think lots of money was involved, and many people were paid. Check out the ransome note. Definitely written by a woman, trying to mess up her hand writing. Very few misspelled words (one only I think) and too eloquent for it to have really come from a kidnapper... and if she was supposed to be kidnapped why was she left in the house. TOO MANY things not true. I think it all points to her parents. But the boulder police really screwed things up on that case.

I also agree that parents don't 'normally' kill their children in that manner, but I also think lots of things were added to the crimescene to make it 'look' the way it did. But again who knows for sure. I know that if I die not knowing what really happened, that's gonna be one of the first things I ask God. What really happened to that sweet little girl.

I believe the brother did it not just out of jealousy but to prevent more sexual abuse

The brother was not capable of doing this, I think he was only 8 at the time. I don't think he had the strength. I do believe that the parents are responsible, who would take the time to do all the things that were done to her without leaving the scene to do it? I think if someone else did it, they would have left the house with her, not took the risk of getting caught while they took the time to strangle and beat her. JMO

I didn't know parents "normally" killed their children! Parents don't kill, monsters do. Anyone that harms or kills a child is NOT a parent.

I have a nine year old and a six year old yes they do have the strength any one who has more than one child knows that they can do some serious damage if they want too. I don't think my son would ever kill my 6 year old but he does have the strength too

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the brother was 11.

Obviously, you haven't read the autopsy report or seen the photos. Yes, I know children can kill other children because it is on the news often, but there was ALOT of damage done to this little girl and how do you suppose the brother kept her quiet and got her into the basement? I think the parents did it, not the brother. The way she was strangled tells me that.
