The womenfolk in the Flash Gordon serials, from Earth, Mongo... each had their own charms, characteristics. Kind of subjective issue to pick favorites....I personally liked most for different reasons.

Let's see...in '36, we've the very pretty, delicate Dale Arden by Jean Rogers. Then, there's lusty, tough/spunky type Aura, Priscilla Lawson..attractive enough to be sure and most willing to save those she loves..in this case Flash Gordon mostly. There are others, moreso support cast..eg, Zona, also various women in Mings concubine perhaps.

In '38, we've a more conservative but still attractive Jean Rogers as Dale, then there's Queen Azura, power, royalty with a girl next door kind of look. Not much womenfolk in Mars though, but Aura had some stylish maidens during audiences near her throne.

In '40 CTU, we've Carol Hughes as Dale Arden, most attractive, smart, nice voice to me, then there's bad girl Sonja, pretty enough though her character could be deadly. Queen Fria was attractive, but screen time was limited. Hmm...let's not forget the pretty one who struck the gong in the palace near Ming, and others in his harem like areas, and of course, dancing girl Carmen D'Antonio who danced on a table near a glass sphere. We also had Shirley Deane playing Aura, moreso supporting role.

So, we've many....hmm...a composite would be nice. IF, IF I had to choose... I'd call a three way draw...Jean Rogers, Priscilla Lawson, and Carol Hughes, not necessarily in that order, and subject to change.
