Subject: Finished Trip to Mars

During my recent return trip to Mars I was able to finish watching, appropriately, the last of the 15 chapter Flash Gordon's Trip to Mars serial. Not as fast-paced as FG '36, but still plenty of fun and action, and quite a few surprises as well.

Glad you enjoyed it Tim. A bit padded in Forest Kingdom, but a cohesive story, and lots of Bride of Frankenstein music. Whenever you get time, and no rush owing to your ordeal, give us a couple paragraphs as to what you thought about the serial. And, prepare yourself for Flash Gordon Conquers the Universe. I think you're gonna really like that one. In fact, these days, I'm torn if I may like the third the best...perhaps for the fast moving action, aerial scenes, and music. Oops, I shouldn't create spoilers....you'll have to judge for yourself. Hey Tim....as you watch FGCTU, see if you can relate it to more modern sci-fi fare, and let us know. Take care
