Killer Kane in Buck Rogers '39 serial: Buck, Buddy, Talon escape Kane's headquarters by stealing Kane's personal ship. A guard reports this to Kane, "The Leader"....moreso a racketeer-like dictator. Kane becomes furious at this and lashes into the guard who reported. He then blasts his council members in the room and warns them of his firing squad. Best Kane moment to me though is near end when amnesia helmet is placed on him.

Ming...numerous moments...will paraphrase one from each serial...from '36, Ming's wisecrack to Vultan (in Sky City) about his not wanting to dine with unruly subjects. In '38 Mars, Ming's going mad when Tarnak mentions earth will be destroyed by so much nitron...Ming's facial gestures, shaky appearance, and comments depict his madness. In '40 CTU, when Ming belts out "...you fools!" to *Capt. Torch and one of his men for failing a mission..that he, Ming, had such high hopes for them...now their lives could be forfeit.

Azura..her flirtatious moments with Flash, and her announcement that Flash Gordon will not be put to death. In the end as she is passing away from an air strike by her own people, she gives Flash the saphire which will remove the curse from the clay people...FG commends her for this noble act. Overall, Azura appeared quite regal and classy throughout the serial.

*Note: NOT to be confused with Officer Torch. Sadly, my distant nephew was not always the brightest bulb, yet somehow made rank of Captain a few years after I retired. Mongo had changed quite a bit in 4 earth years...why, even Barin and Dale Arden looked different!
