There are no rules regarding participation in other pageant. The only thing that can take away any title in OLM is not fullfilling your duties such as going to the next level (state) and, if you are a state or world queen, attending prelims and state pageants the following year. Many OLM queens participate in other programs and do very well! Hope this helps.
