Like Ellen I bought a box of zonitors, took it home and inserted one. That was the easy part because after that it was a real mess. I wound up changing both my skirt and underwear. Some weeks later I tried again, but this time knew to wear a pad. As I recall I threw the other 10 of them away and decided that maybe douching takes a little longer but is probably less messy.
