Subject: There is a new Deputy Sheriff in town

The Board Administrator has agreed to let me assist him in the moderation of the Womens Enema and Douche Message Board. It will take some time to go through the many messages there, but I will try to do so quickly and make this site the kind that we all thought was pleasant and fun to visit and use to exchange experiences and ideas.

Hopefully, a quick scan will reveal that I have deleted the most offensive material here from trolls. In time there will also be a cleansing of hate messages, profanity without purpose, extreme examples of disrespect, perverted and sick messages, off-topic entries, spam, and other violations of civility.

I am not imposing any agenda of my own. Some tussles and pointed comments are part of normal discourse here. The goal is to make everyone feel safe enough to present a thought without being held up to ridicule and cruelty. I intent to be fair minded and give the benefit of any doubt to the poster. Some forums, like the Physical Examination Board, seem to thrive on minimum moderation, and the Womens Board could use fewer male perverts. The rule should be to respect your fellow posters and try to have a conversation that keeps going long enough for everyone with something to say to have a chance to speak.

My email address will always be listed when I post, in case anyone wants to chat offline. I intend to remain a contributor and participant.

Please continue to enjoy this forum but visit the old one and see if it is not more hospitable now.
