Back in the 60's and early 70's there had to be a dozen or so brands of douche formula in both liquid and powdered form. Massengill probably had the biggest market share and was actually recommended by my doctor. A number of the sanitary products manufacturers tried to market their own brands of douche. Of course all this came to a quick end with the introduction of Summers Eve disposables and then a position by the American O&G that douching was "bad" as it was linked to instances of PID. You can still buy via the internet Zonite and some sub branded douche concentrates. One would think that the "green" movement would be pushing for the old days of us using a bag and solution rather than filling up landfills with empty disposables.
