My first time was when I was maybe 15, was home alone after school, and just getting into things. In the hall closet was a box with the hot water bottle, hose, and nozzles. While I had been given enemas I was now curious about that larger nozzle since I knew that it was for douching. After lubing it up I gently slipped it into me and it felt tight but good in a different sense. At that age I had been using tampons for a couple of years so the idea of something going up inside was not unusual. A couple of weeks later when I was home alone again I decided to attach that nozzle to the hose and bag and gave myself a warm water douche. It was exciting and felt nice. I did that lots more times and when I went away to college I bought myself my own bag.
