Tienes mucha raz�n, la primera caracter�stica del maestro tradicional es su rigidez. El proceso era unidireccional, es decir, se daba m�s la ense�anza que el aprendizaje.

Y claro, como bien lo anotas, el maestro moderno tiene un cambio total de actitud adem�s de ser m�s un gu�a y un compa�ero en el proceso de aprendizaje del alumno no tiene miedo de enfrentarse y usar nuevas herramientas y de fomentar nuevos tipos de interacci�n.
