I've just recently upgraded my phone with an L2 through Cingular. Mainly because I wanted to use the same phone that I'll be familiar with the next time when I go visit my mother in Manila. I was told just to get a quad band and so I looked and ended up with an L2. Being somewhat surprised Cingular actually has 2 phones for me to choose from! For Free! Not 1, But TWO! SWEEET!!. And I hate Flip type so this Motorola L2 is the winner for me. Now just I'm starting to like this phone. First time... I bragged about it has USB and of course..it's a Quad Band. He goes.."Yeah? That's Nice! Just make sure it's unlocked before you travel. But it shouldn't be a problem. I'd say with an L2 you probably needed to send it over for maybe...25 to 35 bucks." I said what the FUCK are you talking about? My phone isn't locked? I'm using it aren't I? Bottomline, it was a good feeling while it lasted. I knew it was just too good to be true. While I'm updating myself with this. Is it true that some phones are easy to unlock and some isn't? Is there a light at the end of this forum?
