Practice is Tuesday & Thursday this week for those who qualified this past weekend (names were announced today in school). Only the top 6 in individual events, and top 4 relay teams. See you at 5:00 at Judge; I'll give information for the Champs on May 30 - nothing going on this weekend.

sorry i hvaent been at traack practices or the meets i have an explanaion. On the meet practice last tuesday i was on pthe plane coming back from missouri . On Thursday i had to stay afterschool..and then the meet on saturday abbi forgot to pck me up..
?Then on tuesday this week i didnt think we had track..I dont kknow if we have track do we its stilll raining whehre i am???

The track meet this week is at Penn Charter; be there at 8:30 AM. Since this is the division champs, all coaches must hand in a roster of who is running before the meet. Because of this, I need to know as early as possible who cannot attend the meet, or who must leave early. Send me a message, or let me know at practice.

This Saturday we are at Roxborough HS track, Hermitage & Pechin Sts. The school is at 6400 Ridge Av, and there are at least 2 ways to get there:

1 - Blvd south to Ridge Av exit. Right onto Ridge, then proceed about 2-3 miles to Hermitage. Track is behind the park & school.

2 - Blvd south to I 76 west, exit at Belmont Av. Turn right and proceed straight up Green Ln. Left onto Mitchell, and left onto Hermitage

I will be driving directly down to the Penn Relays tomorrow, not meeting at the school. I have to pick up my husband in Center City along the way and I work in Univerity City. I am familar with the area and have a work-lot that I can park at.

The meet begins at 1 PM, but you need to be there at 12:30. Everyone will be placed in their events and we will go over the order of events. I will also have uniforms for those who didn't come on Thursday.

We'll practice at 5 PM on Thursday, collect fees, and give out uniforms at the end of practice. If it rains, at least come with your fees and pick up your uniform.

Since our first meet is Sunday, there will be no Saturday practice.

The 1st practice will be this Saturday at 3 PM at Father Judge's track - come prepared to run. It will last one hour, and anyone who still wants to sign up is welcome to attend.

On Monday night, February 23, there will be sign-ups for all new and returning runners. Information for the upcoming season will also be available. We will meet in the school building - room 7 - between 7 and 8 PM. All runners and/or parents are welcome to stop by.

Thanks to Tyler, Jason, and Sal for letting me know about joining for the upcoming season. Anyone else who is interested in being on the track team, there will be other chances - I will set another date sometime next week.

About the 1st practice, it won't be on Tuesday March 3 like the announcement said. The 1st practice will be on Saturday, March 7 at 3 PM at Judge's track
