Date Posted: 12:03:00 07/19/06 Wed ¨ Meetings: The Advocacy Committee will meet at least every other month or as necessary. Participation on the committee will require a few hours each month to prepare for meetings. Active advocacy, education, and networking will also be required in some form. I am still not sure if I am using this correctly. I have not heard from anyone yet. [ Post a Reply to This Message ] |

Date Posted: 13:10:24 07/18/06 Tue I think the frequency of mtgs should be at least once every two months or as needed. I hope I am using this correctly. I wish I could have posted the attachment for your review but it wouldn't allow me to do so. [ Post a Reply to This Message ] |

Author: Michelle [Edit] |
Date Posted: 07:12:18 03/16/06 Thu Hi Everyone! Thanks, Tessa for setting up this board. All please feel free to post messages and let's have some discussions that everyone can follow through the board. I think contacting Patrick is a great idea. Charlie you might also contact Ted in Texas and see if he is available. He was always very willing to help when Marissa and I talked to him about the possibility of the SILC going 501c3 a couple of years ago at SILC congress. [ Post a Reply to This Message ] |

Date Posted: 06:24:20 03/16/06 Thu I was asked to contact Kelly, Mike, Shannon and Ann for input from SILCs from both arenas, state and 501. So far Mike and Kelly cannot join us but will send answers to the questions Vicki put forth (are there others?). Shannon has left a message that she can join us and I will again follow-up with Ann. It could be that if we just have there thoughts on the questions we could generate more and try again at a later time. Let me know what you all think. Happy March Madness, Charlie [ Post a Reply to This Message ] |
