Subject: Thoughts, you all should ponder

Who says that Debbie has a great dress, has anyone seen it? Who says that Elizabeth Minville will do well, she has not won yet, and the new ladies we really have not seen in any great competitions. I know there are only 10 and I think that sucks; I would like to see a good competition, I would love to see EK there. Maybe next year. What we do know is that EM is the only one from the top 5 who is coming back and that she looked pretty bad at United States. In addition to that we know that 4 of the 10 have or currently hold Millie's prelim titles and two of the other 6 left hold prelim titles, so I think it is a safe bet that the top 5 will be mostly prelim winners this year and there is a 60% chance that the winner will be a prelim holder. As I see it, we have seen what the majority of the competition has to offer b/c one of the remaining three competed for a prelim in March. Here are my guesses based on what we have seen in the past and what we know about the 7 delegates we can name:

Evelyn Morrel: Older, graceful and well spoken. Most likely will do well in interview since she seems to do well in interview when she competes, but I think her age will hurt her, she should do US.

Elizabeth Minville: Looked awful on stage at LA US, BLACK IS NOT HER COLOR AND THAT CRAZY WALK, does she know how old she is? Aside from all of that, she will most likely do well interview, but she needs a more fit body, better outfits and COLOR!

Donna Crehan: What a joke. Old, used, tacky. Oh, did I mention I don't care for her very much. Not sure why she would want to do America, she is just a little trashy for nationals I think. But to be fair, let’s talk about what she does have to offer... well, we'll just move onto the next contestant

Debbie Farmer: If the hype is close to correct she will have a good dress. Let's be honest, she has for everything except for New Orleans this past year so I am sure that she will for state. She was top 5 in gown last year at state and I am sure she will be again this year. Swimwear, we shall see. She has a nice body but she needs to be more confident in her approach shall we say and who knows about her interview.

Candace Spooner: Will Janet have learned not to let a youngin win? We shall see. She has a nice body but looks and acts a little young for my taste and we know what she is wearing so I guess it will all depend on how she performs that day.

Paula Roe: Don't care for the dress, it is not what state competition is looking for, but if it is what you got, then go with it, I guess. She will be very strong in interview and has a nice body so I am sure she will do well there. I think her weakness is evening gown, but if she wins interview then I think she will be poised take the whole thing, or at least finish in the money.

Mrs. Lafayette: sorry I don't really know her name and like most, no nothing about her. She had that 1st pageant glow at Lafayette and I think that carried her, not to mention she had NO competition even though Stephanie Ward and Elizabeth Minville were there. I think she looked great in swimwear and she will carry that to state, but the rest we will have to see.

So here is how I call it:
Paula Roe and Evelyn will tie in interview
Candace, Paula and Debbie will be in the top three for swimwear depending on who brings what that weekend
Debbie will win gown, should have won last year if you ask me.

If all things are equal, I think Paula or Debbie is taking the crown home. Then all of you will talk about how it is rigged b/c they are both festival queens and that Millie has helped them in the past. When we recap it, Donna, Debbie, Paula and Candace have been festival queens so I guess if any of them win you all will cry wolf.

If anyone wants to wager a bet, I am game. Unless the two unknowns are KNOCK OUT awesome, I think we will have another festival queen as Mrs. La America and Millie will have her 1st state winner.

Good luck to all of the ladies and hopefully this year will go off with no kicking and screaming and little to do except a good pageant that is not too long or too dull.

When will those beautiful ladies who are getting married or have recently gotten married compete so we can really have some fun?

in evening gown. She did not stand out at all. Now her gown was beautiful but I don't know if it is the right one for her. It may have been the stage lighting but she looked as though she had No makeup on. I do wish her Good Luck though, wish I could be there.

You definetly have a personal problem with her, I could not imagine what it is, maybe you are intimidated by her. You still have not given any reason why you dislike her so much, but you continue to put her down. EM is a helpful, wonderful, kind person and she is like this to eveyone she meets. Like I said it sounds like you are the one with the problem. We don't all want to hear you negative comments. I hope see wins America just to put you in your place, whoever you are?

My personal issues with her is that she is not really all that friendly, she is a por sport when she loses and she has an arrogance about her.

Pageant wise: I think that her outfits are outdated and not flattering to her figure, her make up is very dull and needs color and I don't care for her hair, it is on the gray side of blonde.

Best of luck to her though

She works really hard to help each queen with whatever they need.

Does anyone else notice that????? If so that is pretty bad that she would post these things about her so called friends and queens. Also, who else would know that evelyn has a great interview?

Wouldn't you love to know what she really thinks of these ladies. Considering that she runs the prelims and is friends with a large number of the contestants and winners.

It is not, that I can tell you. I am a judge, I have judged all of the mentioned ladies except for Mrs. Lafayette and I have judged most of them more than once. But if you want to give Millie the credit for the opinions stated above, then HAVE AT IT.

of a pageant. If you pay money for a pageant you should have a fair shot. If MH or Stephan is on here talking bad about people that really takes away from the validity of MH's prelims. She often uses him to judge. I am sure that DC should stay away from MH and Stephan

>>Who says that Debbie has a great dress, has anyone
>>seen it? Who says that Elizabeth Minville will do
>>well, she has not won yet, and the new ladies we
>>really have not seen in any great competitions. I
>>know there are only 10 and I think that sucks; I would
>>like to see a good competition, I would love to see EK
>>there. Maybe next year. What we do know is that EM
>>is the only one from the top 5 who is coming back and
>>that she looked pretty bad at United States. In
>>addition to that we know that 4 of the 10 have or
>>currently hold Millie's prelim titles and two of the
>>other 6 left hold prelim titles, so I think it is a
>>safe bet that the top 5 will be mostly prelim winners
>>this year and there is a 60% chance that the winner
>>will be a prelim holder. As I see it, we have seen
>>what the majority of the competition has to offer b/c
>>one of the remaining three competed for a prelim in
>>March. Here are my guesses based on what we have seen
>>in the past and what we know about the 7 delegates we
>>can name:
>>
>>Evelyn Morrel: Older, graceful and well spoken. Most
>>likely will do well in interview since she seems to do
>>well in interview when she competes, but I think her
>>age will hurt her, she should do US.
>>
>>Elizabeth Minville: Looked awful on stage at LA US,
>>BLACK IS NOT HER COLOR AND THAT CRAZY WALK, does she
>>know how old she is? Aside from all of that, she will
>>most likely do well interview, but she needs a more
>>fit body, better outfits and COLOR!
>>
>>Donna Crehan: What a joke. Old, used, tacky. Oh, did
>>I mention I don't care for her very much. Not sure
>>why she would want to do America, she is just a little
>>trashy for nationals I think. But to be fair, let’s
>>talk about what she does have to offer... well, we'll
>>just move onto the next contestant
>>
>>Debbie Farmer: If the hype is close to correct she
>>will have a good dress. Let's be honest, she has for
>>everything except for New Orleans this past year so I
>>am sure that she will for state. She was top 5 in
>>gown last year at state and I am sure she will be
>>again this year. Swimwear, we shall see. She has a
>>nice body but she needs to be more confident in her
>>approach shall we say and who knows about her
>>interview.
>>
>>Candace Spooner: Will Janet have learned not to let a
>>youngin win? We shall see. She has a nice body but
>>looks and acts a little young for my taste and we know
>>what she is wearing so I guess it will all depend on
>>how she performs that day.
>>
>>Paula Roe: Don't care for the dress, it is not what
>>state competition is looking for, but if it is what
>>you got, then go with it, I guess. She will be very
>>strong in interview and has a nice body so I am sure
>>she will do well there. I think her weakness is
