Dodd and Rangle are pikers in the tax avoidance area. Think of the billions stashed in Swiss banks and banks in the Cayman Islands. Lots of Americans---around 5,000---are no doubt having nightmares now that the Swiss government has agreed to turn over the names of 5,000 of these weasels.
