Kerry, like McCain, made his fortune the old fashioned way: he married it.

You either don't pay attention or don't give a shit: the top 1% in the US have 23% of the nation's GDP. Wall Street hedge fund managers---people who gamble with other people's money---are taxed at a 15% rate, meaning their secretaries pay more in federal income taxes than their bosses do. The top hedge fund gambler last year made $4 BILLION.

I subscribe to the Wall Street Journal and have asked the editors to determine what Wall Street stock brokers and hedge fund managers have enlisted in the armed forces, and to post their names. Certainly these men would want to defend the US against those Islamic hordes determined to force sharia upon the American people and turn American young women into concubines. No response.
