KERRY - I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT YOU VIA PHONE AND EMAIL FOR DAYS ABOUT MY SECOND SKIRT, BUSTLE, HAIRBOW AND STONES (TO REPLACE THE ONES THAT WERE MISSING ON MY 900.00 DRESS)!

REMEMBER THE EMAIL YOU SENT ME ON MARCH 1, 2006? TELLING ME IT HAD BEEN SHIPPED? WELL I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE IT AND YOU WILL NOT CONFIRM A TRACKING NUMBER FOR ME!

I HATE TO HAVE TO POST THIS BOARD, BUT ONCE AGAIN YOU ARE NOT COMMUNICATING WITH ME LIKE A RESPECTABLE SELLER SHOULD. YOU TOLD ME YOU LEARNED YOUR LESSON AND WOULD "TRY" TO BE BETTER. BEGGED ME TO COME BACK ON THE BOARDS AND MAKE GOOD FOR YOU SO YOUR ACTIONS WOULD NOT HURT YOUR "BLOSSOMING BUSINESS"....

I WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED OUR DRESS KNOWING YOU WERE NEVER GOING TO SEND OUR CORRECT SKIRT!

I HAVE GONE OUT OF MY WAY TO PROMOTE YOUR WORK VIA BANNERS AND PERSONAL CONTACTS AND PUSH BUSINESS TO YOU FOR I WAS WILLING TO GIVE YOU THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT ABOUT THE DELAY IN GETTING US THE DRESS IN THE FIRST PLACE - BUT NOT ANY MORE!

THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR BUYERS IS RIDICULOUS AND NOT ONE SHOULD HAVE TO BE TREATED THIS WAY!

YOU NEED TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT AND MAKE GOOD ON THIS DRESS SALE SO ALL THIS CAN BE OVER AND DONE WITH!
